Mental Health Classes

At Mary Magdalene House, we believe that education and awareness are powerful catalysts for lasting change in families, individuals, and overall well-being . Our mental health classes are designed to provide the essential tools and knowledge needed to empower you and your loved ones on a journey to truly thrive.

To foster a true sense of belonging and support, we embrace a unique "kitchen table" style of ministry:

  • A Seat at the Table: Our approach is rooted in the heart of Jesus, inviting everyone to sit together, share a meal, and find connection.

  • Group Meal Settings: All classes are held in a warm, communal environment where you are fed both physically and spiritually.

  • Comprehensive Support: We host rotation-based offerings covering critical topics such as suicide prevention, childhood anxiety, self-harm awareness, and grief counseling.

Whether you are seeking personal growth or support for a family member, our doors—and our table—are open to you in Hutchinson.
