Hourly Rental
Hourly rental would be best utilized for baby and wedding showers, graduations, and family reunions. (Hourly Rates only include use of buildings, setup, use of kitchen facilities/amenities, and basic clean-up.)

House only: $90, ($50 per hour after 3 hours)
Both Buildings: Both facilities: $275, ($150 per hour after 3 hours)
